Medical travel insurance for Russia/Belarus

To visit Russia, a traveller needs not only a visa but also a medical travel insurance. Belarus is visa-free for many nationalities, but you also need a medical travel insurance there.
In case of a negative travel advice for Russia / Belarus, better apply for an additional medical travel insurance. 

An insurance for up to 15 days, costs 25 euro. Up to 30 days coverage: 35 euro; up to 90 days 80 euro. For travellers over 65 years of age, please be prepared to be charged 50 - 100% more, as the risk for them to get medical issues during their trip is considered higher. Questions?
